Controlled Atmosphere (CA) Cold Storage: Full Guide

CA cold storage = mechanical refrigeration + gas composition control. Built upon fresh-keeping cold storage, it regulates O₂, CO₂, ethylene, temperature, and humidity to put produce into a "near-dormant" state.
