I. Core Component Faults in the Refrigeration System

Poor Sealing and Air Leakage: Aging or deformed door seals, frequent door opening/closing, or incomplete closure of the cold room door can allow external hot air to continuously enter the room, increasing the heat load.
IV. Operational and Airflow Circulation Issues Inside the Room
Improper Stacking of Goods: If goods are stacked too densely, or large items directly block the supply and return air vents of the evaporator fan, cold air cannot circulate effectively within the room, leading to localized high temperatures.
Sudden Increase in Heat Load: If a large quantity of goods is loaded at once, or the initial temperature of stored goods is high, exceeding the current cooling capacity of the refrigeration unit, the temperature will also fail to drop in time.
V. Electrical and Control System Faults
A malfunctioning thermostat, faulty sensor, or damaged defrost timer can prevent the compressor from starting/stopping as commanded, or interrupt the defrost cycle, leading to temperature loss of control or ice buildup on the evaporator that blocks airflow.
