Wuhan New Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone

The largest port-side 10,000-ton cold storage in Central China has been officially put into operation in the cold chain logistics area of Yangluo Port Park, Wuhan New Port Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Equipped with advanced automated high-bay three-dimensional freezing technology, the cold storage will significantly promote the development of the logistics industry to a higher level. Located in the northwest corner of Yangluo Port Park, within the customs special supervision area but outside the fence, adjacent to Hubei Province's designated inspection site for imported meat, the cold storage covers a total construction area of 16,816 square meters, with a total storage capacity of 30,000 tons and an annual turnover capacity of over 300,000 tons. It is equipped with 18 loading and unloading docks and consists of high-bay three-dimensional storage, low-temperature storage, high-temperature storage, and a passage area. The recently commissioned automated high-bay three-dimensional cold storage is set within the 30,000-ton supporting cold storage, covering an area of 3,000 square meters, including a storage area, buffer area, and receiving and shipping area, with a total of 8,704 storage slots and a storage capacity of 8,704 tons. After frozen food arrives at the Yangluo Port cold chain logistics area, it will undergo procedures such as disinfection, temperature measurement, tallying, palletizing, code recording, film wrapping, and warehousing before being transferred to the automated high-bay three-dimensional cold storage as required.
