3. Vapor Barrier Process: Full coverage of walls and ceiling with PE vapor barrier film to prevent moisture from entering the insulation layer and causing blistering.
III. Door Configuration (Section-specific selection)
1. Exterior Dock Doors: 50mm thickened insulated industrial overhead lifting doors, paired with foam/inflatable dock seals + hydraulic dock levelers for sealed loading/unloading of entire vehicles;
2. Internal Partition Doors: Zipper-type low-temperature insulated high-speed roll-up doors
- Between fine processing/pre-cooling: 100mm insulated PVC zipper high-speed doors, rapid open/close for frequent forklift traffic, locking in cold air;
- Quick-freezing room access: Cold-resistant anti-freeze model, with track heating cables, preventing door freezing at low temperatures.
IV. Refrigeration System (Two Eco-friendly Mainstream Options)
1. Ammonia + CO₂ Cascade System (Preferred for large low-temperature workshops)
- Only liquid ammonia stored in the machine room; all CO₂ piping enters the cold rooms, ensuring non-toxic and safe storage areas, compliant with new safety regulations;
- Stable operation at -35°C for quick-freezing and -18°C for cold storage, with low operating energy consumption and low refrigerant cost.
2. Full CO₂ Transcritical/Cascade System (For small to medium workshops, clean food processing, and pharmaceutical applications)
- Ammonia-free throughout, A1 safety refrigerant, no mandatory explosion-proof machine room, and capable of waste heat recovery to produce hot water for cleaning workshop equipment.
End Heat Exchange
Fine processing/pre-cooling: Ceiling-mounted unit coolers; Quick-freezing room: Floor-standing freezing evaporators, plate freezing equipment.
V. Ancillary Energy-saving Accessories
1. Air Curtains: Low-temperature hot air curtains installed at door openings to block hot/cold air convection and reduce cold loss;
2. Dehumidification System: Optional dehumidification units for low-temperature, high-humidity areas to reduce frost formation and minimize evaporator defrosting energy consumption;

VI. Storage Solutions
