The space required for installing refrigeration units.

The inflow and outflow of goods.

The seasonality of products.

The drainage system and floor slopes (to remove water generated by condensation).

The downside of such solutions is that they expose operators to extreme temperatures for extended periods, which can be detrimental to health in the long run.
